What you’ll be doing :
- Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client
- Following the client’s plan of care.
- Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.
- Medication reminders for client to self administer
- Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shifts
What we’re looking for :
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must be willing to work in a facility environment
- CPR certified.
- Access to a vehicle
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
