Position: Healthcare Policy and Compliance SpecialistLocation: Markham, ON (Hybrid — 100% onsite for first 2 months, then 3 days onsite)Job Type: 8-month Maternity Leave ContractStart Date: January 2026About the Role:Our client is looking for a Healthcare Policy and Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen their Compliance Program across Canada. In this role, you'll help ensure our business operates ethically and in full alignment with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to implement compliance initiatives, manage policies, and deliver engaging training programs.What You'll Do:- Support and implement compliance projects and initiatives.- Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations.- Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and investigations as needed.- Develop communication tools and training to raise compliance awareness.- Streamline compliance processes and reporting through automation and improvements.What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.- 3+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.- Hands-on experience in compliance programs, risk management, or auditing.- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Please send your resume in Word format to Arriane Liangcungco at arriane.liangcungco@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
