Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Oshawa

In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is looking for compassionate, caring and reliable individuals to join our family as Caregivers / Personal Support Workers (PSW's) for our clients in Oshawa. Work setting is within private homes.

As an IHAL employee, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families through compassionate, client focused care.

How you will spend your days :

• Basic Meal Preparation
• Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADL’s)
• Light Housekeeping (IADL’s vacuuming, laundry, dishes etc.)
• Medication Reminders
• Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Responding to emergency situations
• Complete daily shift reports to communicate with Case Managers

Tentative Schedule : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 11am-4pm

Compensation : $22.00 per hour.
