The Driving Force Group of Companies is a network of world‑class transportation and fleet management solutions companies. With a can‑do attitude and people‑first culture, we’ve grown into an industry leader, operating across Canada and the United States, spanning over 40 locations with over 600+ employees.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate at our Burlington location.

This is a base salary plus commission role with OTE $100,000-$130,000 in the first year .

What You’ll Do :

  • Follow all company health, safety, and OHS policies to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
  • Build and maintain a target list of potential clients and manage them through the sales process using our CRM.
  • Collaborate with Rental Operations and Marketing teams to uncover warm leads and improve profitability.
  • Attend tradeshows and networking events to promote TDF Group.
  • Prepare professional quotes, proposals, and conduct sales presentations.
  • Support new account onboarding and ensure smooth client setup, including credit applications.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs, provide account updates, and identify new opportunities.
  • Host clients for meetings or events to strengthen relationships.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues or billing concerns.
  • Report on sales activity and client performance.
  • Act as a product expert, positioning TDF Group as a trusted provider of rental, sales, leasing, and fleet solutions.

What You Bring :

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management (automotive or rental industry an asset).
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and results driven.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A team player committed to safety and customer satisfaction.
