Program Director, RN

As our Program Director you will :

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational priorities and contract requirements ensuring a strong focus on client-centred care and service excellence.
• Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and evolving system needs to maintain compliance and drive innovation in home care delivery.
• Oversee daily operations across nursing and PSW teams to ensure efficient high-quality patient-focused service delivery including scheduling resource allocation staffing levels and patient flow.
• Support program managers and frontline leaders to meet all contractual obligations and KPIs while orienting coaching and mentoring new supervisors to build leadership capability.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives including audits risk mitigation and corrective actions and ensure timely resolution and learning from incidents complaints and risk issues.
• Provide clear direction and motivation to staff fostering engagement accountability and a culture of continuous improvement centered on exceptional client experience.
