About the opportunity :

Under the direction of the Process Effectiveness Manager, the Specialist is responsible for tracking and monitoring Supply Chain and Customer interfacing data flow via SAP and BW tools. This includes analyzing and monitoring Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators, Customer behaviors and performance translated to score cards that are leveraged for ongoing optimization and improvement. This will be accomplished by interacting with functions throughout the Supply Chain, IT.

The attributes we are looking for :

• Support Order Management enhancements and / or automation via SAP best practices, Excel VBA macros, and other automation tools.
• Architect data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful, summarized insights
• Build and maintain tools, databases, and reporting capabilities in relation to KPI / process tracking
• Maintain, analyze, and publish Customer Supply Chain scorecards in Excel and PowerBI, measuring performance against key KPIs, processes
• Track Customer data flow measuring accuracy and non-compliance, identifying areas of improvement opportunity
• Support automated processes for Customer communications
• Support testing of the required system changes impacting Customer Service
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transportation, Supply Planning, and other supply chain stakeholders for reporting and analyses
• Support change management, training and documentation for new process implementation
• Act as point of contact for ad-hoc data analysis requests from customer service and supply chain stakeholders
• Engage with continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives

Compensation :

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $70,100 – $87,600+.

Please note : Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
