Our client is looking for an Intermediate EHS / LMS Analyst focused on BI reports, Excel matrices, onboarding / offboarding, and eCompliance administration
This role requires you to be onsite 4 days / week in downtown Calgary office
Must Haves :
- 5+ years experience working within EHS / LMS in an admin or analyst role
- Must have hands on experience with MS tool Suite
- Strong excel to create matrices
- Must have experience creating and updating reports in PowerBI

Sustain Training SystemsMaintain and administer existing employee training platforms and tools to ensure functionality and accuracy.Training Records ManagementTrack and update employee training records, certifications, and competency status.Competency VerificationMonitor and validate employee competency against role requirements and regulatory standards.OMS Training Element DevelopmentSupport development and implementation of the Operations Management System (OMS) Training Element, with emphasis on applied competencies.Compliance and GovernanceEnsure training and competency processes meet internal governance and external regulatory requirements.Reporting and AnalyticsGenerate reports on training completion, competency gaps, and compliance for audits and management reviews.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline training and competency workflows for efficiency and consistency.Stakeholder SupportCollaborate with operations, safety, and HR teams to align training programs with business needs.
