The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a key role in driving the growth and success of our business by overseeing the sales of our high-quality veterinary pharmaceutical products within an assigned region remotely.

The ISR will be leveraging their expertise in relationship building to achieve ambitious targets, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure exceptional service delivery to veterinarians. Your contributions will directly support Dechra’s mission to provide innovative and specialized solutions that improve the health and well-being of animals worldwide.

Le représentant des ventes internes (RVI) joue un rôle clé dans la croissance et le succès de notre entreprise en supervisant à distance les ventes de nos produits pharmaceutiques vétérinaires de haute qualité dans une région assignée.

Le RVI mettra à profit son expertise en développement des relations afin d'atteindre des objectifs ambitieux, de renforcer les partenariats avec les clients et d'assurer un service exceptionnel aux vétérinaires. Vos contributions soutiendront directement la mission de Dechra, qui consiste à fournir des solutions innovantes et spécialisées pour améliorer la santé et le bien-être des animaux à l’échelle mondiale.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Report to, and operate under the general direction of the National Sales Manager.
  • Conduct veterinary clinic sales calls within the assigned territory (virtually).
  • Meet established sales goals and manage expenses to budget.
  • Provide regular feedback, as required, to management.
  • Maintain detailed customer call notes in CRM
  • Maintain a well develop sales process that supports getting to the decision maker, exploring needs and closing the sale.
  • Other duties as requested.

Responsabilités

  • Se rapporte et opère sous la direction du Directeur National des Ventes.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente établis et gérer les dépenses selon le budget.
  • Démontrer une passion dans l'augmentation des ventes.
  • Effectuer des appels de vente aux cliniques vétérinaires dans un territoire assigné (virtuellement).
  • Organise et participe à des diners conférences, webinaires etc. avec des comptes clients clés.
  • Fournir régulièrement de la rétroaction sur les programmes et le matériel de marketing, au besoin, à la direction
  • Assister à des conférences vétérinaires nationales, régionales et provinciales clés.
  • Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients vétérinaires et leaders d'opinion.
  • Effectuer d’autres tâches au besoin.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bilingual Candidate ideal
  • Demonstrates strong selling skills. Sales experience in the animal health industry is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of Animal Health experience
  • Experience in developing and executing territory business plans.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the medical, operational and business side of veterinary practice.
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits a high level of passion and self-motivation.
  • Candidate must demonstrate initiative and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Animal Health Technician or University Degree preferred

Candidat idéal

  • Fait preuve d'un haut niveau de passion et d'auto-motivation.
  • Le candidat doit faire preuve d'initiative et atteindre ses objectifs avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Solide compréhension des programmes informatiques de base (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
