The Transfer Pricing practice provides our clients with the critical expertise to deal effectively with inter-company issues. This multi-disciplinary group, comprised of professionals with the background in income tax, Economics, law and accounting, provides a well-rounded approach to each engagement.

Currently our BIG 4 client has progressive Manager and Senior Manager opportunities in Kitchener, Ontario.

As a Manager, you will play a key role coordinating teams to provide excellent consultative solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to :

• Perform risk analysis of companies by reviewing their operations and identifying problem areas
• Develop transfer prices for goods, and intangible property, such as trade names, trade marks, licenses, and technology
• Tax planning to minimize global taxes while complying with inter-company transfer pricing rules
• Assist in implementation of recommendations
• Advise on the customs implications of changes to transfer prices
• Assess the benefits of and design cost-sharing arrangements
• Advise on appropriate fees for management, administrative and other services rendered within the corporate group

Deal with tax authorities on issues arising from a transfer pricing audit
