Job Description

With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior / exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda. Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production and delivery of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages of $21.63 / hr
Paid overtime after 40 / hours per week
Company Performance Bonuses
Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

We offer a very extensive benefit program :

Company Paid time off : Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1 st full year)

Benefits start from Day 1 – 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500 / service)

Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance

Duties and Responsibilities :

Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems

Loading returnables and Sorting returnables

Operate material handling equipment - lift truck etc.

Maintain excellent 5S condition

All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines

Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
