• A post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering, business or similar is required.
• 10 or more years of previous management experience in a custom manufacturing, automation environment with proven leadership abilities required.
• Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
• Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
• A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization.
• Proven ability to implement strong controls and process standards
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline a plus) and Microsoft Project or similar workflow planning programs.
• Proficient technical knowledge and process support skills, including a good knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Travel: Occasional travel to the U.S. will be required.
