Your job :

• Efficiently support the day-to-day activities of sales teams
• Organize and coordinate internal and client events
• Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations
• Coordinate various IT requests
• Participate in process improvement
• Resolve issues
• Work in collaboration with other team coordinators and partners.

Prerequisites:

• Completion of a three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience in coordination
• Banking experience, an asset
• Knowledge of Seismic, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GB Fonds, WebAdvisor, FundServ, Power BI an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
