Responsibilities :
- Call on and support our clients (Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms and Facility Owners and Developers)
- Identifying specific applications for company’s products and target active and potential customers, determine if company’s products can be incorporated into customer product / service programs.
- Perform product demos to customers (engineering companies) in person and virtually.
- Deliver product requirement and manufacturing requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Regularly schedule account reviews for previous sales, new business opportunities and monthly forecasting.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Design effective marketing strategies and sales campaigns to generate sales from new and existing customers and ensure all sales goals / targets are met.
- Participate in home shows, industry groups, seminars, development of strategic partnerships.
- Keeping abreast of the latest market conditions, product and price changes building code changes, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
Qualifications :
Mechanical Engineering degree5 years of HVAC experienceProven success in salesProficiency in both spoken and written English to ensure effective communication with customers and team members.Strong technical background.Must be able to do 40% travel within US and CanadaJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : Total Income of $100,000 to $110,000 / year
