Responsibilities:
• Call on and support our clients (Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms and Facility Owners and Developers)
• Identifying specific applications for company’s products and target active and potential customers, determine if company’s products can be incorporated into customer product/service programs.
• Perform product demos to customers (engineering companies) in person and virtually.
• Deliver product requirement and manufacturing requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Regularly schedule account reviews for previous sales, new business opportunities and monthly forecasting.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Design effective marketing strategies and sales campaigns to generate sales from new and existing customers and ensure all sales goals/targets are met.
• Participate in home shows, industry groups, seminars, development of strategic partnerships.
• Keeping abreast of the latest market conditions, product and price changes building code changes, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
Qualifications:
• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 5 years of HVAC experience
• Proven success in sales
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English to ensure effective communication with customers and team members.
• Strong technical background.
• Must be able to do 40% travel within US and Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Total Income of $100,000 to $120,000 / year
