Assistant General Manager – High-Energy Downtown Toronto Restaurant

Are you ready to lead a team in one of Toronto's busiest and most exciting dining spots? We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and understands how to bring both operational excellence and personality to the floor.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading by example to inspire, coach, and motivate a top-performing team.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling restaurant, ensuring smooth service for hundreds of happy guests daily.
Driving results in a smart and cheeky culture that encourages fun without sacrificing professionalism.
Collaborating with leadership to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
Taking initiative to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and innovate in a dynamic hospitality setting.

What We're Looking For

A passion for the fast-paced world of hospitality and the ability to keep things running smoothly under pressure.

Experience managing large-scale restaurant operations, with a focus on both team development and guest satisfaction.

A sharp mind for numbers and metrics, combined with a natural flair for leadership.

Someone who can balance fun with focus, and appreciates our cheeky sense of humor, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.
