• What You Will Get To Do :
• Reporting to the Sr. Director of Program / Project Management you will be responsible for :
• managing, planning, and execution of waterfall / agile workstreams of Technology Infrastructure strategic deliverables.
• building relationships between several IT units, as well as internal and external Business stakeholders.
• Managing a strategic migration into a private cloud of a broad set of critical and client facing business workflows, with multiple workstreams managed by other PMs, Technical Leads and Architects
• Appling experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of program assignments.
• Serving as a liaison and building bridges among team members within the project, including vendors.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. Tech Infra, Product Engineering, Business Units and Clients)
• Building and presenting for Senior Director, VP and CIO level presentations & project communications.
• Initiating process improvements based on a new target technology model and adoption based on private cloud technology roadmap
• Promoting agile enablement within the team.

• strong technical background in integrating multiple technology layers into a client facing services
• 10+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and / or Senior Scrum Master roles, with expertise in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience in managing technology and business projects with high degree of complexity, systems integration and organizational change management.
• Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects with strong executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Undergraduate degree with CSM, PMP or equivalent certification with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong technical background and understanding of change and risk management, SDLC, and advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows, including sprint backlogs, milestones, release burndowns, and work-back schedules.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility.
