Wellness Team Member (Vitamins & Beauty)

***The successful candidate can expect to be scheduled up to 24 hours/week including AM/PM, week day and weekend shifts.*** Regular Store Hours: Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pm Sun 9:00am – 7:00pm WELLNESS TEAM MEMBER (VITAMINS & BEAUTY) As part of our Wellness team, you promote healthy choices by educating our customers on the benefits of vitamins and supplements and natural health and beauty products, making recommendations based on specific needs, and assisting customers discover a holistic view to health.

As a product knowledge expert, you know how to help customers understand what combination of vitamins and supplements work best for them to achieve their short-term and long-term health goals. In addition, an interest and background in natural beauty products including make up and skin care will add to your success when assisting customers.

We like building meaningful connections with our new and regular customers and this is an important first step.

Assist customers with their specific needs—asking them questions to learn more about what their journey looks like and providing suggestions on how best to meet their goals.

Although you may already have an impressive background in vitamins and supplements, you will be able to participate in regular product knowledge trainings so you’re always prepared to answer questions and provide informed recommendations.

We understand wellness is a journey which is why we explain the basics with our suggested treatment plan and recommended add-ons that may complement and support our customers’ goals.

Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays.

In other words, you will help others on their journey of wellness, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be a great team player and have fun!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong knowledge of vitamins and supplements (certification preferred) Knowledge and passion for beauty and skin care products is a plus, but not needed.

You are service minded with experience working in a vibrant customer service environment.
