Description de posteProcess and verify financial transactions (deposits, wires, transfers, adjustments) and maintain accurate account records. Ensure compliance and service quality by meeting SLAs, prioritizing tasks, and performing quality checks. Provide administrative support and training, including clerical duties, onboarding new staff, cross-training for peak periods, and assisting with French calls and meetings during absences. Identify and escape exceptions, recommend process improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance. Bilingual (French / English) communication for client support and coverage. Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and verifying financial transactions. Dependable and adaptable, with ability to cross-train and support team needs.
