Our client in Hamilton is looking for a bilingual (French & English) Transaction Processing Officer, to join their team. Don’t wait… apply today!

What's in it for you?

$24.29 hourly
Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30
Paid training
37.5 hours weekly Full time hours

What will you be doing?

Process and verify financial transactions (deposits, wires, transfers, adjustments) and maintain accurate account records.

Ensure compliance and service quality by meeting SLAs, prioritizing tasks, and performing quality checks.

Provide administrative support and training, including clerical duties, onboarding new staff, cross-training for peak periods, and assisting with French calls and meetings during absences.

Identify and escape exceptions, recommend process improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance.
