Overview

Your Day To Day We are seeking a Manager, Operations Engineering to lead the development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing production. This role partners closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient manufacturing solutions, while driving continuous improvement, yield performance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

You Will Be Accountable For

Leadership & Project Execution

• Lead and participate in multiple NPI and sustaining engineering projects, managing both small- and large-scale initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to resolve complex system-level manufacturing issues.
• Act as a key escalation point for troubleshooting, containment, and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional “tiger teams” to address quality, yield, and process challenges.
• Contribute to and execute the Operations Engineering technology and capital roadmap.
