Job description Customer Service Representative Office is located in North York, Toronto Summary for Customer Service Representative/Counselling Assistant Work with the clients and mutual creditors of Consolidated Credit Counseling Solutions of Canada in the areas of consumer credit and personal finance. Consolidated Credit works with consumers and their creditors to lower interest rates, lower monthly payments to help clients get out of debt faster.

Role Description for Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.

What to Expect: Processing caller requests.

Helping callers understand account information.

Providing issue resolution.

Send educational material that are responsive to our callers' needs.

Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds.

Resolve creditor & or caller inquiries by making outbound calls.

Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Handle Customer Service issues for clients.
