Junior RFP Content Manager, Co-op

The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RFP Content Manager Co-Op to join our bid / proposal this role youll gain hands-on experience supporting the creation organization and optimization of content used in RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses for the public sector SaaS market as well as supporting recent AI initiatives and team metrics tracking.

Youll work alongside experienced proposal professionals to learn how organizations respond to complex RFPs manage a large body of knowledge and craft content that helps win new business. This position is ideal for someone with strong writing research collaborative and organizational skills whos interested in marketing communications or business development.

What Youll Do :

Content Library Management

• Assist in maintaining the companys RFP content library ( HighSpot etc.)
• Help tag organize and update existing content to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Review and edit responses for clarity grammar and brand consistency.
• Support version control and tracking of content changes across teams.

Compensation Range : $19 - $22
