Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company. This is a hands-on Product Manager role focused on driving adoption and business impact. You will own the roadmap execution and make sure what we ship solved real customer problems and supports our growth strategy. You will work closely with Engineering, Support, Sales, and Leadership, but your superpower is understanding the market, shaping GTM plans, and ensuring features translate into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap execution and prioritization based on customer value and business impact.
• Translate market and customer insights into clear requirements for the Product Owner and Engineering.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to craft positioning, pricing considerations, and launch plans for new features.
• Analyze adoption and retention metrics to inform future priorities and GTM strategies.
• Join customer calls and industry conversations to validate needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate release readiness across Support and Sales; ensure teams can sell, support, and communicate new capabilities.
• Drive usability and quality improvements that enhance customer outcomes and reduce churn.
• What success looks like in 6 to 12 months :
• Payroll integrations launched with clear GTM plans and measurable adoption.
• API expansion positioned as a growth lever for partners and integrations.
• Usability improvements that reduce onboarding friction and improve retention.
• A repeatable process for turning customer feedback and usage data into roadmap decisions.
• Demonstrated impact on key business metrics (activation, expansion, retention).
