ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the tram car safely, delivering engaging 10-15 minute presentations on local history, wildlife, and geology
• Rotate between Tram Car Operator, Ticket Checker, and General Duties roles, supporting efficient tram operations and guest engagement
• Scan tickets, greet guests, and manage preboarding, ensuring accurate flight logs and monitoring weather conditions
• Maintain timely flight schedules, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure property cleanliness, including garbage collection, snow removal, water tank refills, and groundskeeping
• Provide customer service, answering questions, offering directions, and delivering items across the property
• Support crowd control at the Upper Station during peak times for efficient guest flow and safety
• Complete training to master operational systems and comply with safety and company policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold a positive guest experience
• Stay passionate about outdoor adventure, inspiring guests through enthusiasm and knowledge

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The starting wage for this position is : $19.00 / hour
