Aaxel Insurance Brokers is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commissioned RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker. This 100% commission-based hybrid position allows you to work both remotely and in our Mississauga office, ensuring you have the flexibility and work-life balance you need. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their specific needs, providing expert guidance and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best advice.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automobile, property, and other insurance products.

• Proven experience in processing and managing insurance policies.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.

• Ability to interpret and analyze insurance policies and regulations effectively.

• RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is a must.

• Experience using insurance software systems for efficient policy management.

• If you are newly RIBO licensed, a minimum of one year in sales or customer service is preferred.
