• What You’ll Be Doing :
• Solve operational problems and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support for processes, products, and equipment.
• Ensure smooth communication and hand-offs between shifts.
• Participate in QOS continuous improvement meetings to address quality and operational issues.
• Assist in training and development of new team members.
• Participate in 5S activities and maintain compliance with Johnson Electric Quality and EHS policies (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
• Perform other duties as assigned.###
• What We’re Looking For :
• Ontario Trade Certificate as a Tool & Die Maker.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with powder metal tooling preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC Milling / Lathe experience.
• Experience using / programming Heidenhain and / or MAZATROL controllers.
• Reliable, mature individual with strong teamwork skills.###
• Bonus Points If You Have :
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with advanced CNC programming techniques.###
