Improtech Ltd.   Founded in 1987, we specialize in design, implementation and commissioning of process and packaging modifications in food and beverage operations across Canada. Our clients appreciate our full range of services including problem solving, conceptual design, machine fabrication and installation, project management, commissioning, and training. AGI has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Africa and Italy and distributes its product globally.   Job Responsibilities :

• Generate equipment, contractor and parts purchase orders
• Manage parts deliveries
• Verify part accuracy
• Interact with suppliers (telephone and email) including source materials and components; obtain quotations; issue purchase orders.
• Create project binders
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Develop company policies and procedures
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Take minutes of meetings
• Support the H&S requirements of the team ensuring compliance   Job Requirements :
• Must have proven experience as an office clerk or other clerical position
• Must be well organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have minimum of high school diploma
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
