Finance Associate Analyst, New Graduate Program (FAA) - 2026 Start - Canadian Tire Corporation

What You’ll Do

Canadian Tire’s FAA New Grad Rotational Program provides you with an opportunity to broaden your financial acumen while developing a comprehensive understanding of Canadian Tire. Depending on your rotations, you could be working on projects that involve, but are not limited to : data analytics, cost-benefit analysis, developing and maintaining performance reporting, working cross-functionally to develop financial plans and re-forecast financial reporting and analyses, or risk assessment activities.

The program will allow you to gain foundational knowledge to support your career path. Over two years, new grads entering the FAA program complete two 12-month rotations all within our diverse finance department.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $88,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
