National Fleet Leasing Coordinator

Leggat National Leasing is looking for a hard-working, entrepreneurial Pre-Owned Leasing Manager/Fleet Services Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate must be skilled at building successful Sales teams and creating a positive work environment for employees. The ideal candidate will be motivated to provide superior sales and service experience for customers. The successful candidate will lead a Fleet Services Division and will require minimum 3 previous years experience managing a fleet.

Position Title: National Fleet Leasing Coordinator

Job Description:

Leggat National Leasing (LNL) is an independent Division within Leggat Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC located in Burlington. Reporting to the LNL General Manager, you are an individual who develops relationships and teams, enjoys interacting with customers, takes accountability and ownership for all aspects of the Division’s business. As a coach, you lead by example and ensure your direct reports understand how to achieve success and contribute to the overall dealership results. Your demonstrated success extends to your experience in building talent within your various teams, achieving and exceeding targets, and continuing to review the business for enhancements and efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

· To Build a Pre-Owned Leasing Portfolio from Inception.

· Manage Lease transactions including but not limited to Gross Profit and Residuals

· Credit Risk Management and mitigation of Accounts Receivable

· Maintain and Develop Fleet Account relationships.

· Working with Sales Reps to grown and maximize Sales targets

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist the LNL General Manager while learning the “Leggat” operational approach to Leasing.
• Support Sales Staff
• Develop and recommend strategies to expand Fleet business, particularly in the GTA.
• Develop and recommend training and hiring strategies to build out the sales team.
• Develop a specific Pre-Owned Vehicle Leasing program – aligned with our 12 Dealerships to start – to include all aspects of Leasing including the management of interest rate and residual risks to the sourcing and marketing of Pre-Owned Vehicles.
• Develop and manage to a Budget for the Pre-Owned Leasing business segment.
• Network with existing and potential supplying Dealers to source available pre-owned product.
• Seize potential re-marketing and/or re-lease opportunities within the existing LNL Commercial Fleet business.

Qualifications

• Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience

• Fleet Leasing experience would be a definite strong asset

• Familiarity working in a PBS environment
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in managing diverse teams
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC license
