The Hospice & Palliative Care Program - Emmanuel House Hospice provides person-centered palliative and end-of-life care to individuals and their families in a peaceful and supportive environment. Our approach emphasizes dignity comfort choice and respect while supporting individuals facing life-limiting illness through an interdisciplinary and holistic model of care.

Reporting to the Program Director the Clinical Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role within the Seniors Hospice & Palliative Care portfolio. You will provide strong clinical operational and professional practice leadership in a dynamic hospice environment ensuring high-quality evidence-based palliative care that enhances dignity and quality of life for residents and their families.

You will lead and support an interdisciplinary care team including nurses personal support workers students and volunteers fostering a culture of compassion collaboration accountability and continuous learning.
