Forklift Operator - Reach / Counter Balance/ DockStocker Operator

Adecco is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators certified in Reach, Dockstocker and Counterbalance trucks to join our dynamic warehouse/logistics team. In this role you will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for skilled operators to work in the following areas Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke Ontario.

• Pay rate: $23.80 to $24.20 for days and afternoons, $25.05 to $25.45 for nights (wage based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
  
• Work in a freezer environment (up to -17), handling materials in sub-zero temperatures.
  
• Ensure all products are properly stored and stacked to meet company standards.
  
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and after use.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety protocols.
  
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and other warehouse duties as required.
  
• Work independently and proactively, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
  

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  
• Must have valid forklift license from a recognized forklift training center.
  
• A minimum of 2 years of experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
  
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-17°C or below).
  
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Experience with reverse tractor reach driving is an asset.
  
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative to get the job done.
  
• Proven commitment to safety, with a mature and self-driven attitude.
