Position Overview

The Salesforce Developer with 5-7 years of experience is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and customization techniques. The Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within Salesforce applications, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend best practices and optimizations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation details.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
