Call Centre Agent – Windows and Doors Company (Vaughan & Calgary)

We are a Windows and Doors company with offices in Vaughan and Calgary, looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our team.

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads) to book in-home appointments.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment setting targets.
• Confirm appointments by phone and email to ensure quality and attendance.
• Accurately follow lead generation procedures and qualification criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre or telemarketing role (preferred).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
