Job Description
Our crown corporation client located Ottawa, is seeking a Bilingual Sr. Human Resources Advisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing HR Advisory services, coach and guide employees on HR related policies and procedures and develop and recommend changes and enhancements to HR programs, procedures, guidelines, and metrics to support the alignment of strategies and business objectives. This is a hybrid position that offers opportunities for growth, development and collaboration! RESPONSIBILTIIES :
- Administering processes related to job evaluation, including : compensation, leave management, official languages, and employee relations to ensure the efficient and effective operation and delivery of HR services.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures and supports leaders throughout the ongoing process of job evaluation.
- Provide input and expertise into the development and continuous improvement of all HR programs and services, including : compensation and performance management, leave management, payroll and benefit programs, and employee relations.
