Software Developer (Ruby on Rails)

The Role

We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about coding and dedicated to continuous learning. You will work alongside our senior developers, contributing to real-world projects and building the skills to become an expert.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to our Platform : Work with senior developers to build and implement new features for our core applications.
• Learn and Grow : Dive into our codebase and learn best practices for performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Write Tests : Learn the importance of testing by writing and maintaining tests to ensure the stability of new and existing code.
• Collaborate : Participate in code reviews and team discussions, actively contributing to a culture of shared learning and mentorship.

Who You Are

You are a developer who prioritizes learning above all else. Your passion for coding and solving tough problems is what drives you. You may not have a lot of professional experience, but you are proactive, curious, and always looking for an opportunity to grow. You have a desire to become an excellent developer and a natural curiosity for how things work. You’re a great culture fit because you’re a self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

Eagerness to learn about automated testing (e.g., RSpec) and database design.
