Job Description

We are a used car dealership operating as part of an established auto group and are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Business Manager. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional looking for flexible hours while remaining active in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities :

Manage and process deal paperwork from start to finish
Ensure all deals meet provincial compliance and disclosure requirements
Work with lenders, insurers, and registration services
Support sales staff with accurate deal structuring
Monitor funding, resolve funding issues, and ensure timely payouts
Maintain dealership and auto group standards for documentation and compliance
Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements

Requirements :

3+ years experience as a Business Manager or Finance Manager in an automotive dealership

Strong knowledge of used vehicle transactions

Proven understanding of compliance and lender requirements

Experience working within an auto group is an asset

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
