About Wildflower
Thank you for your interest on behalf of the Wildflower Team! We're excited for this next tax season as a fast growing business, and we're looking for the right person to join our team to help with the influx of new clients we're going to be servicing this tax season. We're a very close knit team, and do our best to not just do our jobs right, but to make sure that everyone in our team is supported, valued, and enjoys the job that they do. We're excited to meet all our applicants, but first, we want to let you know who we are, and what your potential job would be!
Our business was founded by our CEO Susan Kleinsasser, who brings over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry, Wildflower began at a kitchen table and has grown into a close-knit team serving our local community.
We specialize in personal, small business, and corporate tax preparation, as well as bookkeeping services for businesses that need extra support. Our approach is client-focused and education-driven — we believe in taking the unknown out of finances by clearly explaining tax outcomes, empowering our clients to understand where their money is going and how to plan for a stronger financial future.
Wildflower is also deeply community-oriented. Our leadership is actively involved in local events, volunteer initiatives, and charitable causes, and we take pride in supporting the community we serve.
We are a small, diverse, and inclusive team (typically under 10 people, even during peak season) that prioritizes accuracy, professionalism, and mutual support. We understand that life can be demanding, and we strive to foster a workplace that respects mental health, encourages communication, and values doing the job correctly — not just quickly.
