Your Day To Day

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-value NPD, IRAD, and customer-driven hardware programs from post-sale through industrialization and delivery. This role owns scope, schedule, budget, and risk and serves as the primary execution interface for customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in custom, regulated hardware programs, is comfortable managing multi-million-dollar programs, and can operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-site environment. This role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to balance commercial, technical, and operational priorities while drawing predictable execution.

You Will Be Accountable To

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Own $20M+ programs, managing multiple concurrent programs or flagship initiatives.
• Lead scope, schedule, budget, and risk from post-sale through delivery and industrialization.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to track cost and schedule performance and drive corrective actions.
• Drive on-time delivery across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Proactively identify and resolve execution risks, priority conflicts, and resource constraints.
