About the Laboratory :

A modern, digitally driven dental laboratory in North York is seeking an experienced CAD / CAM Team Lead Designer to support and guide the Crown & Bridge / Implant design team. The lab focuses on high-quality restorations, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.

Position Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and reliable CAD / CAM Designer with leadership capability to design crown & bridge and implant cases while supporting workflow coordination and quality standards within the design team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using Exocad or 3Shape
• Review prescriptions and case requirements for accuracy and feasibility
• Support and guide junior designers as a team lead
• Collaborate with production, QC, and customer service teams
• Work across multiple implant systems
• Ensure consistency, precision, and timely case delivery
