We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
CRM & Client Relationships Coordinator
to oversee the consistency and optimization of MTE’s CRM platform. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and functionality of our system and supporting our business development, marketing, and growth teams in achieving company-wide objectives.
As the
CRM & Client Relationships Coordinator , you will be the go-to resource for content management, data quality, and process improvement. You will help ensure our CRM is a reliable, centralized source of business intelligence and client relationship information—supporting everything from lead tracking and client reporting to strategic planning and growth forecasting.

Responsibilities
Assist with initial set‑up and maintain the content in our CRM system, ensuring data is consistent, accurate, and up to date
Implement and refine processes that enhance the usability, adoption, and impact of the CRM across teams
Lead or support CRM implementation projects including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and execution
Support the build out of dashboards, reports and workflows to help teams access relevant data and drive smarter decision‑making
Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and growth teams to support reporting needs, administrative tasks, and performance tracking
Gain an understanding of MTE’s top clients and business structure to ensure the CRM accurately reflects key relationships and market segments
Train and support staff in effective CRM usage, driving adoption and consistent data entry practices
Manage and maintain the content library for marketing and proposals, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Requirements
College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, and / or Data Management
1–3 years of experience in CRM administration or a similar content or data library management role (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and database best practices; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong asset
Proven experience managing projects from intake to execution
Client‑focused mindset, with an understanding of how CRM data supports positive client experiences and long‑term relationships
Ability to maintain and enhance client relationship data to support service delivery
A self‑motivated, solution‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across departments and deliver process training / support
Familiarity with business development, marketing, or operations in a professional services or consulting environment is an asset
Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency
A team player who can manage multiple priorities and workflows, and meet deadlines

Salary Range
$55,000 – $65,000 per year base salary, plus benefits
Annual salary will be based on individual education, qualifications, and relevant work experience.
