Lead Designer

KTC Industrial Engineering is searching for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Designer. In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and influencing project success.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Solid foundation : Demonstrated experience with 3D structural modeling and a strong understanding of structural design principles.
• Software expertise : Proficiency in industry-standard software like Advance Steel & Detailing, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, and advanced steel modeling tools.
• Experience across disciplines : Experience with laying out steel, concrete, and industrial structures.
• Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams (mechanical & electrical).
• Leadership potential : A passion for mentoring intermediate and junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Organizational prowess : You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of maintaining development standards.
• Client focus : You enjoy building strong client relationships and take pride in exceeding client expectations.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, understand deadlines, and navigate project timelines effectively.
• Team player : You thrive in a collaborative environment and believe in integrated design solutions.
