Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving our refurbishment processes. This role focuses on driving process improvement by implementing lean initiatives and cost-reduction strategies aligned with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain thorough documentation for refurbishment processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance operational workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address process-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on new processes and lean methodologies.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance refurbishment capabilities.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000
