Position Summary :

As a Fitness Coach , you are the heartbeat of the Orangetheory experience. Youll lead high-energy classes, provide expert guidance, and motivate members to reach their full potential all while delivering a scientifically-backed workout that drives results. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead group workouts that combine treadmill, rowing, and strength floor exercises in a high-energy setting.
• Use OTconnect and heart rate zone data to provide a personalized experience for each member.
• Offer exercise modifications and ensure proper form to promote safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate, educate, and engage members of all fitness levels throughout each session.
• Support studio operations by performing cleaning tasks, resetting equipment, and maintaining a safe, tidy studio environment.
• Help foster a strong studio community and positive member relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily studio operations.
