Key Responsibilities Elicit analyze and document business and system requirements (BRD FRD User Stories) Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions Perform data analysis using SQL and BI toolsSupport Data Warehouse and ETL initiatives Conduct data mapping gap analysis and process modeling Work in Agile / Scrum / SDLC environments Collaborate with developers QA teams architects and product owners Support UAT planning test validation and release coordination Participate in Cloud migration and API integration projects Contribute to AI automation and digital transformation initiatives Ensure traceability between business requirements and technical solutions Required Technical Skills Business Analysis / Stakeholder Management SQL Snowflake Power BI / Tableau Azure Dev ops Data Warehouse / ETL Python Azure / AWS / GCP Jira / Confluence API Integration AI / Machine Learning exposure (asset) Java-based applications (asset) Qualifications 3 years of experience as Business Analyst / BSA / Product Owner / BA/PM Experience in Agile or Waterfall environments Strong communication and analytical skills Eligible to work in Canada Certifications such as CBAP PMP PMI-PBA or CSPO are assets. Compensation varies based on role experience and client budget. Permanent Roles: $80000 $130000 annually Contract Roles: $60 $90 per hour Senior-level opportunities may exceed these ranges depending on experience and specialization.
