About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Lead you will be responsible for helping to develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance Program (QAP) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. This role ensures that all nuclear‑related activities meet stringent quality and safety standards, including compliance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA‑1, CSA N285, CSA N299.x, CSA B51 and other relevant codes. You will report to the Deputy Director of Operations and be located at our Peterborough, Ontario, facility. You will work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Nuclear QA team to ensure execution of quality assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Program (QAP), including procedures, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, DOE, and other regulatory bodies’ requirements.

\Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with NQA‑1 and other applicable standards.
