Job Purpose

As the face of Coast Capital in the branch, you will balance a friendly advice and service approach with the ability to proactively listen and identify opportunities to deepen member relationships. By providing our members with support and financial advice, we help them build a better future together.

Accountabilities

Be the first friendly face for members, exhibiting Coast Capital values.

Create and maintain strong member relationships through proactive money chats.

Educate members on alternate channels such as online banking and mobile platforms.

Contribute to team results by spotting opportunities and partnering with other team members.

Build a strong understanding of how Coast Capital Savings assists in financial well‑being.

Take ownership of resolving and preventing member banking issues.

Act as the first line of defense against counterfeit money or illegal transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal English communication skills and comfort with sensitive conversations.

Excellent active listening to identify member challenges.

Empathy towards members’ situations.

Proactive initiative and problem‑solving.

Curiosity and a desire to grow in the financial world.

Comfort with advising and suggesting Coast Capital products.
