Job descriptionBe the first friendly face for members, exhibiting Coast Capital values. Create and maintain strong member relationships through proactive money chats. Educate members on alternate channels such as online banking and mobile platforms. Contribute to team results by spotting opportunities and partnering with other team members. Build a strong understanding of how Coast Capital Savings assists in financial well‑being. Take ownership of resolving and preventing member banking issues. Act as the first line of defense against counterfeit money or illegal transactions. Strong verbal English communication skills and comfort with sensitive conversations. Excellent active listening to identify member challenges. Empathy towards members’ situations. Proactive initiative and problem‑solving. Curiosity and a desire to grow in the financial world. Comfort with advising and suggesting Coast Capital products. Adaptability to handle varying situations. Self‑motivation and drive to grow a career in customer service.
