Summary

Position : Programming Specialist, Bell Media

Job Status : Temporary - Full Time

Location : 299 Queen Street West (Toronto)

Salary : Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work : 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day to day operations of the English Entertainment Programming Team
• Support the scheduling and strategy across CTV, CTV2, and Entertainment Specialty Channels with critical analysis of rights, audience trends, and resources to make programming decisions
• Support the maintenance of base schedules & planning schedules for all stations
• Compile and maintain accurate information on current & upcoming series
• Track all US primetime programming, ensuring accurate adherence to contractual programming obligations
• Compile historic scheduling data and maintain programming reports as needed to support the linear and digital schedules
• Liaise with internal Bell media teams to effectively communicate key programming information
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all programming information is up to date
• Support the team in the creation of presentations and other programming documents as needed
• Other duties as required

Critical Qualifications

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
