Salesforce QA Tester

The Person :

• Experience in a Salesforce QA / Testing role
• Experience operating within Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA / Confluence and Miro
• Ability to define and deliver best practice testing plans
• Ability to understand user requirements and processes and identify potential issues during testing
• Confident in coordinating regression testing based on ecosystem software updates (core Salesforce and Managed packages)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
