💡 The Role

As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll learn how to :

  • Build relationships with customers in person
  • Present tailored solutions around Cellphones, Internet, Security, and TV
  • Identify customer needs and close sales with confidence
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and manage follow-ups
  • Master public speaking, negotiation, and sales strategy

    • You’ll attend regular sales and leadership development workshops and have the opportunity to work exciting events and activations.

    This role is perfect for recent grads who want to break into sales and thrive in a performance-based environment.

    Requirements / Qualifications

  • A natural communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
  • A self-starter who thrives on challenges and growth
  • Motivated by results, rewards, and recognition
  • Eager to develop real-world business and leadership skills
  • Passionate about personal development and career progression
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a great asset — but not required. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll train the rest.
  • Location : Must be able to commute to Etobicoke, ON
  • Compensation : Uncapped commission-based pay with $500 guaranteed each week during our 4 week training program.
